Affiliate Disclosure

Commercial relationships, made clear.

How we handle paid links, potential partnerships, and the independence of tool calculations.

Current configuration

This version has no active merchant partnerships, affiliate tracking links, sponsored placements, or gifted-product claims configured. Ordinary source links identify the references used in a guide; they are not evidence of a partnership.

If paid links are introduced

An applicable page will explain the relationship visibly before the recommendation or paid link. For a commission-bearing link, that means explaining that the publisher may earn a commission if you buy through it. A sponsorship or gifted product needs its own accurate disclosure.

Paid links are marked with rel="sponsored nofollow". A link opened in a new window also includes noopener. This markup supports disclosure; it does not replace a clear on-page explanation.

Permission is specific

A content-site permission does not establish permission for paid search, brand bidding, direct linking, email, or coupons. Each method, market, destination, and expiry is checked separately. Unknown, pending, paused, and expired relationships cannot produce an active affiliate call to action.

What a relationship cannot change

A commission cannot alter calculator formulas, tool results, or cost rankings. Editorial conclusions need relevant evidence and should explain who an option does and does not suit. Commercial arrangements do not buy a favorable review.
